Evidence-based privacy

Traqen stores account, workspace, public monitored source, evidence, conversation, and operational records required to provide the service.

AI and third parties

When AI is enabled, only context needed for the request is sent to the operator-configured provider. Keys, other workspaces’ data, and secrets never enter prompts. Token usage is recorded in the credit ledger.

Your controls

You can delete conversations, export personal data, and request account deletion. Owners can also delete a workspace; related records are removed through database relations, subject to the documented backup policy.

Retention and security

Sessions and tokens expire, snapshots follow configured retention, and integration secrets are encrypted. Access controls isolate each workspace.
